The hotel location is amazing I was so close to the train station. It made my travel plans super smooth. The room had a very comfortable bed I slept soundly each night. The provided toiletries from CLARINS smelled amazing I felt so refreshed.
The room I had was a bit small it felt slightly cramped. The breakfast service could use some improvements I noticed the white bread ran out quickly. The elevator was out of service for three days I had to walk up to the fourth floor, inconvenient.

I found the location convenient. gare de lyon was very close, it made travel simple. the staff were cute and helpful. They quickly addressed my needs. the room had clarins toiletries, i thought it was a luxurious touch.
the room was small. it had more furniture than was necessary.

i noticed a variety of restaurants near the hotel. there are also many utility stores, and i even saw a carrefour across the street. it was easy to find options for meals and snacks, though the breakfast was limited

The hotel is very close to gare de lyon. the metro station is also easily accessible. the room had scented soaps, a nice detail. i found the bed quite comfortable. It helped me sleep well.
The reception staff seemed unfriendly. This impacted the initial impression, it wasn't great :(

the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel's proximity to gare de lyon made travel easy. my room was clean and well kept. i also found the provided tea and coffee amenities a welcome touch.
